Our name originates from the warrior Princess in JM Barrie’s Peter Pan which was created in Rustington (and where Peter actually lived).
TigerLily was forever young but very wise; It’s never too late to find that inner child and start on your fitness & wellness journey to a better you, in a fun and supportive environment. It's community first, fitness follows, and movement is the medicine. The true challenge is with yourself.
